Inspire Security Solutions was founded in 2019 with no partner channel and no large brand behind it. We grew on the strength of our work. Clients saw the results, kept us on, and asked us to do more.
Today our consultants support enterprise security programs in healthcare and industrial sectors. Most of them have been with the same client for years. That continuity is the point. A consultant who knows your environment is worth more every month they stay.
We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. The discipline and accountability of military service still shape how we run the firm and how we treat the people who work here.
Partners and co-owners.
Robert Elliott
Founder, Partner and CEORobert has spent 25 years in cybersecurity, starting in hands-on technical roles and moving into program leadership. His background spans security engineering, vulnerability management, and enterprise risk, which lets him work as comfortably with engineers as with executives.
Before founding Inspire, he held senior security leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies with global operations, leading programs that supported critical infrastructure and highly regulated environments.
He is a United States Marine Corps veteran. At Inspire, Robert leads the consulting practice, independent advisory work, and sales and marketing.
Divinia Elliott
Partner and COODivinia co-founded Inspire in 2019 and runs the operational side of the firm: contracts, staffing, payroll, billing, and compliance.
She manages the full consultant lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits to client invoicing, so every placement runs cleanly for both the client and the consultant. Her work is a large part of why our consultants stay with Inspire for years.
